The Last Bookstore: Details
Up Late    July 15, 2017     Eric Larkin

I’ve been with the company for a long time, and I’ve certainly spent a lot of time in the store. I still discover new things. One reason is that it’s constantly changing. The other is that there’s a lot to discover. Skipping some of the more obvious features, like the magic book tunnel, the mammoth head, and the fire pole [tee hee – see our April 1, 2016 post on Facebook], here are a few of the fine grain details in The Last Bookstore you may have missed on your visits. And please excuse the photography; I am bad at it.

One note: the majority of our installations were created by Jena Priebe (Fold Gallery) and Dave Lovejoy (Lovejoy Art), whose shops you can visit in our Mezzanine. They are geniuses.

Super Bonus:

Fold Gallery has an art vending machine in the mezzanine hallway, just outside the back of our labyrinth.
