Dwarf and Giant is published by The Last Bookstore. We write about writings and related culture. Our name is a nod to the literary allusion “A dwarf on a giant’s shoulder sees the farthest of the two,” used by Ray Bradbury (Fahrenheit 451), Isaac Newton, Coleridge, and others (including Nietzsche, who of course disagreed with everyone else in his use of it). All writings posted to Dwarf and Giant are the opinions of the writer only and do not necessarily reflect those of The Last Bookstore, its owners, or its staff.
Heather Basile is the graphic designer. She did 2 tours with La Légion Etrangère in North Africa, designing logos, creating fresh goth-rave mixes and leading a number of gritty, highly classified operations. Good with dogs. Inquiries: firstname.lastname@example.org
